NEW CLIENTS

All new clients are required to pay the £20.00 consultation fee at the time of booking. This will be deducted from the final balance if treatment is provided. Appointments available for adults and children age 4 years and above.

CANCELLATIONS AND MISSED APPOINTMENTS

The consultation fee is non refundable if the appointment is cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment or the appointment is missed.

Microsuction will be performed as required to one or both ears following an examination by Treatment Provider. For most people treatment is completed in one 20 minute session.

On the rare occasion a follow up appointment is required, there will not be an additional charge for this.
